Technical Specifications

  • Air handling units: AHU-01 to AHU-06 per schedule on drawing M-210. Minimum efficiency MERV 14 final filters. Heat recovery wheels with >75% thermal efficiency.
  • Ductwork: Galvanised sheet steel to SMACNA standards. Rectangular duct Class 3 (up to 1,000 Pa); spiral duct for branches >200mm diameter.
  • Pipework: Chilled water — carbon steel to ASTM A53, welded joints >50mm, press-fit <50mm. Pressure test at 1.5x working pressure for 24 hours.
  • Insulation: Closed-cell elastomeric on chilled water (25mm wall), mineral fibre on ductwork (50mm), vapour barrier intact at all joints.
