Paste a YouTube, Loom or Vimeo link or a direct video URL, or upload the file. For Zoom, download the MP4 first and upload it.
Choose the output
Ask for a guide, an SOP or another style, name a saved template or a book template for a long knowledge base, and pick the language.
Confirm and collect
In Claude and ChatGPT your assistant shows the plan and submits once you confirm. It then checks the job, fetches the draft and exports a Word or PDF file if you ask.

Credits and video length
Every video job uses your organization's AI credits. Videos can run up to 90 minutes on Free to Business, 180 on Organization and 300 on Enterprise Lite. On Free, videos over about 40 minutes wait for payment.
Zoom recordings as MP4
A Zoom share link opens a web page, not the video. Download the MP4 from Zoom and upload it, or pass a direct MP4 link.

Is there a Zoom MCP for recordings?
Docsie takes Zoom recordings as video files. Download the MP4 from Zoom and upload it, or pass a direct MP4 link. A Zoom share link won't work because it opens a web page, not the video.
Does it work with Loom and Vimeo?
Yes. Paste a Loom share link or a Vimeo link. YouTube links (youtube.com, youtu.be and mobile links) and direct video file URLs work too.
Which video files work?
Direct links to .mp4, .mov, .avi, .webm, .mkv, .m4v, .mpeg and .mpg files, and videos you upload to Docsie through your assistant.
Can I use my own template?
Yes. Your assistant lists your templates and passes the one you pick as generation_template_id. A book template writes a long knowledge base with its own chapter structure.
