Running Video to Course or PDF to Course needs Workspace create and edit. Publishing, adding modules, assigning to a portal tenant and SCORM export need the Full Docsie workspace agent pack. Both are off by default.

Each course run uses your organization's AI credits. Docsie Learn, where the course lives, needs the Hobby plan or higher. It isn't on Free.
